Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the eyewear you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the frames, original protective case, and cleaning cloth into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new selection within 3 to 5 business days.
